They have the most famous \u201cBifanas\u201d in town. Remember this word: \u201cbifanas\u201d. (If you\u2019re trying to say it, imagine you put the words \u201cbeef\u201d and \u201cAna\u2019s\u201d together and say them really quickly. Go on, try it! There you go!) Located right in the heart of the city, Conga has been open since 1976. We\u2019re talking about a snack-bar that made it\u2019s name with a simple recipe: bread, pork meat (very thinly sliced) and sauce. There. That\u2019s a \u201cbifana\u201d. The secret is, of course, the sauce. The recipe is, of course, well kept in the family.<\/p>\n<p>O restaurante \u00e9 barulhento, est\u00e1 cheio a maior parte do tempo e encontra l\u00e1 todo o tipo de pessoas. Toda a gente adora \u201cbifanas\u201d. Na verdade, os donos do Conga criaram este petisco. Regressaram de Angola em 1976 e abriram o restaurante no centro da cidade Porto e nunca mais pararam. O filho deles \u00e9 agora o gerente do restaurante e queria ser jornalista, mas as \u201cbifanas\u201d estavam no seu sangue e decidiu dar uma m\u00e3o ao neg\u00f3cio da fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2464\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2464\" style=\"width: 555px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-artigo-meio wp-image-2464\" alt=\"Bifanas Porto, Conga\" src=\"https:\/\/localporto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/conga-bifanas-porto-plate-565x280.jpg\" width=\"565\" height=\"280\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2464\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lembra-te: bifana (bifana)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O restaurante parece agora um pouco sofisticado e encontrar\u00e1 um menu mais requintado. Existem algumas op\u00e7\u00f5es gourmet para experimentar, mas todas elas s\u00e3o inspiradas em pratos tradicionais e simples com sabores intensos. O espa\u00e7o e o menu foram renovados, mas a atra\u00e7\u00e3o principal continua a ser a \u201cbifana\u201d. A equipa \u00e9 simp\u00e1tica e eficiente, embora barulhenta. Mas isso faz parte da experi\u00eancia. Tenha cuidado com o molho. \u00c9 picante. N\u00e3o somos f\u00e3s de comida muito picante, mas conseguimos comer uma \u201cbifana\u201d. Ao longo das paredes encontrar\u00e1 algumas mem\u00f3rias que a fam\u00edlia guardou durante algum tempo e que agora decidiu partilhar com os seus clientes.
