They say they have the best and the oldest. And they are probably right. But what are we actually talking about? Well, the answer is not that obvious but don’t worry… we are just about to reveal one of the sweet secrets of Porto.
Leitaria da Quinta do Paço is the place where your taste will be surrender to the different choices. Dark chocolate, lemon, red fruits, caramel, classic or white chocolate are just some of the options. They are soft but intense and their name is the French word for lightning: Éclairs are the specialty of this magic place.
Known for their tradition of manual milk production and its derivative products, the card of invitation card is the maintenance of the old recipe. With old photos from their factory on the walls, the Coffee is speckled with memories on one side, and with artisan products on the other. From candies to chocolate frames, the products on sale are also from stores where the artisan process is their motto.
The prices are very affordable: the mini éclair is only 0,70€, the simple one is 1€ and the éclair with whipped cream is 1,20€. On the menu, there are also a wide variety of other cakes and, if you want stop by for lunch, there’s also a daily menu. The traditional and remarkable Porto

With a glassed façade, the light is always invited to circumvent the adorable chairs, the tables and the granite wall. The inner space is flooded by the typical Porto houses and the outdoor is a complement of this space. During the weekends it’s not always easy to find a table but if you’re lucky there’s enough space for your palate to be satisfied.
