Restaurant romantique et intime cach\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants \u00e0 Porto o\u00f9 l'on peut profiter d'une cuisine excellente, d'une ambiance unique et d'un cadre moderne \u00e0 des prix raisonnables. Villa BB<\/strong> en fait, l'un d'eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce n'est pas si facile \u00e0 trouver, car il est un peu cach\u00e9, bien qu'il soit situ\u00e9 dans le quartier de Pinheiro Manso, \u00e0 quelques pas de l'avenue Boavista, l'une des art\u00e8res principales de la ville. Si vous ne connaissez pas le quartier, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser votre GPS ou d'appeler un taxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En entrant, vous doutiez encore d'entrer dans un restaurant dans un quartier anim\u00e9 de la ville. Il y a un petit jardin \u00e0 traverser avant d'atteindre la porte d'entr\u00e9e. Et il y a des tables \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, pour manger en terrasse lors des chaudes journ\u00e9es d'\u00e9t\u00e9. Une fois \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, la d\u00e9coration est moderne et minimaliste, mais tr\u00e8s intime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leur cuisine trouve une place \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re dans le paysage de la restauration de la ville. Le chef Bruno Santos s'efforce d'obtenir une saveur raffin\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d'ingr\u00e9dients simples, r\u00e9inventant la cuisine traditionnelle portugaise et restant fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le menu est de la bonne dimension : il y a assez de vari\u00e9t\u00e9 pour faire le bon choix sans risquer d'h\u00e9siter. Enfin\u2026 pour moi, le processus de d\u00e9cision sur ce que je vais commander peut se transformer en une affaire complexe, mais enlevons le s\u00e9rieux de la chose. Apr\u00e8s tout, Villa BB<\/strong> tout est question de relaxation et de d\u00e9gustation avec tous les sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mes suggestions : pour l'entr\u00e9e, optez pour les champignons \u201c Portobello \u201d \u2013 leur nom me fait penser \u00e0 Londres, mais le fromage Serra (de montagne) et le jambon me ram\u00e8nent tout droit au Portugal ! ; puis, poursuivez avec le filet mignon farci \u00e0 la pur\u00e9e de pomme et \u00e0 l'\u00ab alheira \u00bb (une saucisse portugaise moelleuse et pleine de saveurs qu'il faut absolument go\u00fbter) ; pour les desserts, il y a d'excellentes options, comme le parfait aux cr\u00eapes et aux fruits de la passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortement recommand\u00e9 pour un d\u00eener en amoureux ! Le prix moyen par personne est d'environ 20 \u20ac mais le midi, en semaine, ils ont des plats \u00e9conomiques, en gardant la m\u00eame distinction et qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En passant par le quartier de Boavista, et si vous aimez manger un sandwich, essayez Une Badalhoca<\/span><\/a>. Vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir mang\u00e9 le meilleur sandwich au jambon fum\u00e9 de votre vie !
